INGREDIENTS: Mutton (beef); 1 egg; 4 onions; parsley; pepper; barberry; a pinch of salt.
PREPARATION: First clean meat, wash it, chop and mince with onion and parsley then add some pepper, salt, egg , ground barberry and mix everything
Place prepared minced meat through a preheated spits, put it on the barbecue and grill it till whole readiness. Turn round spits constantly while grilling.
Kababi can be fried in the frying pan added some oil.
Cooked Kababi must be taken out of the spits, place it on a thin Lavashi(Georgian bread),sprinkle with chopped onions, parsley, ground barberry and reel it.
Kababi can be placed on a plate, sprinkle it with chopped onions, parsley, and ground barberry. Serve together with Lavashi, or without it.
